Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: When will my order be despatched?
A: Orders are normally despatched within 1 working day of placing an order or receipt of payment. Exceptions to this are special order products which may have their own delivery schedule. Please consult the product description or contact us for more information. If an item is out of stock, we will update you with further information in your account page and/or via email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes - we ship to almost every country. Please create an account to see estimated shipping costs within your cart. If you have placed an order directly with a member of our staff, they will be able to inform you of shipping costs.

Q: Which payment methods do you support?
A: We support all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex), Maestro and Visa Debit. Furthermore, we also accept payment via Paypal.

Q: Is my information secure?
A: Yes - we do not store any payment details ourselves. All card transactions are handled by secure payment processing companies such as SagePay and Paypal. All pages where you are required to enter your personal information are protected by SSL (256 bit encryption) to prevent interception whilst on the internet.

Q: My order has been flagged as fraudulent, what can I do to reinstate it?
A: If your order has been flagged by our security system, please do not be alarmed. These procedures are in place to aid the security and peace of mind of 4Gon customers.

We don't want to delay your order so please respond to this message as soon as possible so we can release your order for processing.

Please provide a scanned copy of the following two pieces of information:
1. A utility bill which is addressed to the shipping address on the order. This address should also be the billing address of your credit / debit card. A utility bill may include, gas, electricity, telephone or internet.
2. The credit / debit card used to pay for the order.

Following receipt of this information we will release your order immediately. Upon approval, subsequent orders will not be subject to security checks and will be processed immediately. Thank you for your cooperation.
