Meru Networks AP110 two-stream 802.11b/g/n wireless access point

The Meru AP110 is a two-stream 802.11b/g/n wireless access point designed for data, voice, and video applications in virtual office deployments. Its single radio operates on the 2.4 GHz band, delivering a maximum data rate of 300 Mbps and supporting up to ten clients at a time.

Meru Networks AP110 two-stream 802.11b/g/n wireless access point Key Features

  • Simultaneous support for data, voice, and video applications
  • Plug-and-play deployment
  • Integrated TLS-VPN encryption
  • Wired Ethernet port for VoIP phone or other devices
  • Integration with Meru controllers and System Director operating system

Plug-and-play deployment makes it easy to give employees working at home or in small branch offices secure access to corporate networks. A wired port provides connectivity for a VoiP phone or other wired devices. Built-in TLS-VPN capability allows the access point to tunnel back securely to the central controller so that it functions like an access point on the internal wireless network. This eliminates the need for costly, separate VPN infrastructure and reduces support costs.
