Lovely product. Little pricy for 8 port PoE but very configurable.
Works great with a combination of kit.
I have a mikrotik RB2011 powered to it via port 1 in 24v mode. Then a VDSL modem powered off a 48v trendnet splitter. And of course some Ubiquiti UAP's.
All great stuff. One issue I noticed was that if I plugged in a 24v product next to a 48v the voltage dropped on the 24v to the point it turns off. I left a gap between the 24 and 48v devices and that solved the problem.
