I have been using this product for a few years, and chose it for a network upgrade at our church. It is easily configured, is very quiet in an office environment (therefore does not need structured cabling), and provides POE.
There is a little variation on the POE at 48v which means that not all devices (especially non-Ubiquiti) are reliable on voltage.
