Ubiquiti offer a range of intelligent switching products. The switches include the UniFi Switch, UniFi Switch Gen 2 and EdgeSwitch products.

Ubiquiti UniFi Switch

The Ubiquiti UniFi Switch range are fully managed, PoE+ Gigabit switches, delivering robust performance and intelligent switching to build and expand your network, as well as offering additional fibre uplink connectivity options.

The Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Gen 2 is Ubiquiti’s second- generation range of network Gigabit switches. The Gen2 switch models include the: USW-16-POE, USW-24- POE, USW- Pro- 24-POE, and USW-Pro-48- POE. Key features in this range include near-silent cooling, advanced PoE support, Layer 2-3 Switching capabilities, PSU failover, SmartPower, and touch screen display.

The UniFi switches are designed to integrate with the UniFi Controller software for centralised management of your UniFi devices.

Ubiquiti EdgeMAX

The Ubiquiti EdgeMAX EdgeSwitch products deliver the forwarding capacity to simultaneously process traffic on all ports at line rate without any packet loss. Total non- blocking throughput: up to 26 Gbps for 24- port models and up to 70 Gbps for 48-port models.

The EdgeSwitch high capacity network switches are built with high load network stresses in mind, providing fiber connectivity options for growing networks. They also have a comprehensive user interface which is designed for convenient management and allows administrators to configure and monitor switch features in a graphical user interface. All EdgeSwitch switches support the total capacity for the quantity of ports stated on the product.
