They work very well and seem reliable. They run well from a PoE switch and are child's play to configure via the UniFi Controller.
I do wish the release mechanism slot on the side (for removal of the AP from the ceiling mount) was easier to use. The hole is too slotted to use with a screwdriver, but the concealed lever is hard to engage with a paperclip, which bends before operating the lever. Perhaps I haven't found just the right paperclip yet. I think I ended up using an iPhone SIM card removal tool, which is made of sterner stuff.
