Bought two of these to cover our office. I've used Ubiquiti kit before, but not their Unifi stuff. Was nice and simple to set up. The controller software is only needed to set things up (although it got confused with my VPN interface running) but once everything is set up it is no longer need to run. Although it goes give some nice stats and help to tune the system. Performance seems great, and a big improvement over our previous wifi kit (an older gen Airport express).
